Atlantic Beach Performance is dedicating 2012 as the official year to get in the best shape of your life! In celebration, it is holding a Total Body Transformation video contest whereby 1 lucky winner will be selected by Atlantic Beach Performance team and its online community to receive a 1 year life changing Total Body Transformation Membership at Jacksonville Florida’s #1 results driven fitness gym.

Contest Instructions:
To enter, create a two minute video of yourself telling us why you should be selected as our winner and upload the video to YouTube or Facebook. Then link the video to http://www.facebook.com/ABPerformance. The top 3 videos (decided by number of “likes”) will then be considered finalists.
A Grand Prize Winner will be chosen from the finalists!

Prize Eligibility:
This contest is for local residents only who are at least 18 years of age.
Contest Period:
The contest entry period begins at 12:00 p.m. on January 1st, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. January 31st, 2012 http://www.facebook.com/ABPerformance. The public will vote to determine the finalists. Voting on Contest entries to determine the finalists begins on January 1st, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 12:00 p.m. on January 31st, 2012. Sponsors computer is the official time keeping device for this Contest.
Rules and Restrictions:
*Local residents 18+ can participate.
*Must be willing/able to participate for 12 months and follow our guidlines, or grand prize will be forfeited.
*Videos cannot be longer than 2 minutes
*Videos must be uploaded/posted to YouTube/Facebook and then linked to the Atlantic Beach Performance fan page wall http://www.facebook.com/ABPerformance to be eligible to win
*Videos must be new—created after December 31st, 2011
*Contest will end Tuesday, January 31st, 2012 at 12:00 pm
*Videos must not be unlawful, harmful or degrading
*Video entries must be created by the person who has uploaded them. Any videos in violation will be removed from the contest.
*Finalists will be chosen by the greatest number of likes per video on Facebook
*Grand Prize will be determined by Atlantic Beach Performance staff
*One video submission per person—duplicate videos will be removed from the contest.
