Nutrition tip for the weekend…..Think before you DRINK…
I know that football season is here and there is nothing better than watching a few games and drinking with our friends.
I also know that most of you, not ALL, have been busting your butt at the gym and earning that tone physique.
DON’T BLOW IT THIS WEEKEND DRINKING YOUR EFFORTS AWAY….
Those liquid calories add up fast, not to mention those chicken wings and fries.
Bud Light 110 Cal and 7 Carbs.
Blue Moon 171 Cal and 13 Carbs (That Orange Slice does not count as a fruit for the day…..)
Rum and Coke 360 Cal and 26 Carbs
Vodka and Tonic 159 Cal and 16 Carbs
Margarita (4oz) 171 Cal and 19 Carbs
H2O (unlimited) 0 Cal and 0 Carbs
And drinking on game day is like eating a Lays Chip, NO ONE CAN HAVE JUST ONE.
Think before you drink.
Is it really worth it?
If the answer is yes, don’t blow it by drinking both weekend days. Choose one day and Choose wisely.
